Job description

The Reward Project Manager assists the C&B/ Payroll Manager in the definition, design, implementation and communication of C&B policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities of Reward Project Manager :
=> As a project Manager, assists the C&B Manager/HRBP :
- In designing and developing new HR processes/C&B policies
- Coordinates the development, the alignment with other Talent related processes , the communication plan & implementation             process by collaborating with internal and external parties
New Performance Management process 2019-2020
New reward model for exempt population in line with company strategy incluing more empowerment of the line management,              design & implementation Flex income plan in order to consolidate the current possible choice and include the challenges linked              to mobility issues
Car policy 3.0
- Adjust & align current policies in subsidiaries
-  Specific project bonus or business development bonus, simplification job grading structure & job architecture, developping                     career tracks for experts & alignment of job grading with leadership & talent concepts/ processes.
- Develops communication plans & optimizes existing communication channels for C&B related projects
- Design total reward statement in new HRIS tool
- Preparing roadshows for new change process regarding new Performance Management / Reward model launch or other C&B related project such as end of career possibilities Trains line managers/Hr colleagues in the complex usage of different HR and Compensation policies => Example: prepare, coordinate & assist on roadshows in case of introduction of a new performance management/reward policy/ flex income plan

Qualifications

Key Skills :
- Experience in HR project Management
- Excellent knowledge of Compensation & Reward models and policies
- Thorough understanding of the links between reward policies and other Talent related policies (f.e. performance management)
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Negotiation skillsStrong Time Management skills
- Self-management skills
- Ability to work under pressureAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player and client oriented High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality Team Player

Education/technical skills :
- Master degree or equivalent in HR or Finance

- Between 8-15 years of experience in HR with experience in project management/change management
