Your role as HR assistant requires various tasks to be completed efficiently and effectively.

To qualify, you must be able to complete the following responsibilities:
Participating in recruitment efforts
Posting job and organizing job applications
Assisting in the recruitment process and take the lead for some interviews
Collecting employment and tax information
Ensuring the quality process
Responsible of the onboarding for new colleagues
Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for internal use
Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
Professional experience of at least 3 years
English : Fluent
Dutch : Good
French : Fluent
